Start with your choices
Contact privacy@caraccidentattorneylawrenceville.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the request. To end accident calls or texts, tell the person calling, reply STOP to a text or email that address. The terms set out the permission attached to the form.
The answers and contact details you submit
The form collects four answers: the time since the crash, whether another driver caused or contributed to it, whether you have pain or injury symptoms, and whether you signed an agreement with a lawyer. An answer about injury or pain is health information. The final screen asks for a name and phone number.
A request also carries a time, event identifier, page address and consent version. Messages you send to our contact addresses contain whatever information you choose to include. Limit those messages to what is needed for the request.
Technical information from the visit
We collect or receive an IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring page and campaign identifiers in the link. These identifiers include UTM tags and gclid. The site may use cookies and similar browser storage for functions and analytics. You can manage or remove that storage in browser settings, which can affect some functions. Analytics helps us understand which pages people use and how they find the site.
Storage, safeguards and age
A request stays in our records for the time needed to address it and maintain necessary records, after which we delete it. We apply reasonable security measures, but transmission and storage cannot be completely risk-free. This service is for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If a child sent data, contact us so we can address the submission.
